7 Signs Your Liver Is Stressed
Our liver is one of the hardest working organ
in our bodies, it has to perform over 500
different functions including storing
vitamins, sugar, and minerals as fuel,
controlling production and excretion of
cholesterol, and many others. Our livers
contain bile which is stored in the
gallbladder and helps break down fats. Liver
stress refers to our liver being overworked or
sluggish.
The liver filters the foreign parties that enter
our bodies like alcohol, tobacco, food
additives, and environmental factors. Our
bodies have about 700 toxic chemicals in
them. A study conducted by the
Environmental Working Group found that a
newborn has 287 toxic chemicals in their
urine including mercury, pesticides, Teflon,
and others from exposure before birth. There
are several signs your liver is stressed.
If you notice these symptoms please
consider strengthening your liver through
diet and lifestyle:
1. Change in skin color
The first sign your liver is stressed is Skin
discoloration. The color of your skin changes
from your natural color to sickly yellow or
pale tinged with blue, your nails and
fingertips can also turn yellow. This happens
when your liver is unable to get rid of toxins
in your body so they accumulate causing
bilirubin to develop under your skin.
2. Digestive problems Problems like bloating,
constipation, and frequent indigestion are
signs of a stressed liver. Bloating often
occurs with stomach pain and gas. Bile
cannot properly break down food and
lubricate the intestines in a weakened or
stressed liver.
3. Aches and pains
Another liver function is to purify and
produce new blood, when it’s stressed you’re
unable to get enough blood to your tendons,
muscles, and other tissues which results in
inflexibility, pain in upper back, and dry eyes.
Such continuous discomfort and pain can
lead to fatigue .
4. Fatigue
Many people feel they are always tired, which
is fatigue. Chronic fatigue may indicate your
liver is stressed and your body is working
hard to repair it. While your body is busily
repairing, other systems can overload which
causes tiredness. If this occurs with other
signs of liver stress, you need to get your
liver checked.
5. Urine becomes darker
This is a more obvious sign of liver stress,
your urine darkens from its usual color when
you are not getting enough water and your
stools may change to darker, pale, tar
consistency, or may have blood spots in it. If
you are drinking enough water color changes
of stool is a good indicator.
6. Mood swings When our liver is stressed it
can impact our emotions, they can get
stagnant. Depression, anger, impatience, and
irritability are common symptoms of liver
stress. A stressed liver can cause difficulty
making decisions, bad judgment, and brain
fog. Mental rigidity, aggression, and violent
outbursts are indicators of stressed liver.
7. Other symptoms A stressed liver can affect
all body parts. Some may experience blurry
vision, ringing in the ears, dizziness,
insomnia, hormonal imbalances like PMS,
allergies, chemical sensitivities, lower sex
drive, intestinal bleeding, spider veins, and
unintentional weight loss.
If you have signs your liver is stressed make
sure to consult with a healthcare
professional with knowledge of natural
remedies and alternative medicine to help
you with a detox program.

The Gentle Art of Delivering Bad News
The Gentle Art of Delivering Bad News
Dr. Robert Buckman, oncologist and
professor at Toronto University, has been
delivering bad news professionally for
decades. “Do It badly and people will never
forgive you, do it well and people will never
forget you,” he affirms. Buckman developed a
protocol called ‘SPIKES’ with companies
IBM, Pepsi, and PricewaterhouseCoopers for
learning to deliver bad news efficiently. It
consists of 6 steps that enable the person to
fulfill the most important objectives when
disclosing bad news. As an oncologist,
Buckman has a background dealing with bad
news and death every day.
These suggestions can help whenever we
need to deliver bad news.
(S) Setting - Make the announcement
personally. Sit about 4 feet, or 1.2m away at
eye level and show interest by leaning
forward. If its necessary to communicate
through telephone or video acknowledge that
the media is not appropriate. Please never
deliver bad news through a letter or email.
Arrange for privacy and include significant
others. Stay focused and avoid distractions.
Try to sit down and relax to help create an
empathic connection.
(P) Perception - Learn what the other
person knows or suspects, if you are going
to dismiss someone you can ask, “How do
you believe things are going?”
(I) Invitation - Prepare them for what’s
coming. Tell them you want to speak about
a specific situation, that you are going to
impart something big.
(K) Knowledge - Your message should be
direct and in chronological order. For
example, before delivering bad news recap
everything that happened so far. You should
have reference numbers, emergency numbers,
and directions in case another person needs
information.
( E) Empathy - This means understanding
the person’s emotions. Be attentive and
show solidarity, don’t say, ‘I know you’re
sorry,’ or sad, or confused, because you
don’t know for sure how the other person is
feeling. Try phrases like, “This is a blow for
you, we are truly sorry.” Try to show
interest, patience, comprehension, and
confidence. Don’t look like you’re in a hurry,
take your time.
(S) Summary - Do not end the conversation
without properly addressing their emotions.
Suggest what to expect, and how you can
help them or do something for him/her.
Repeat the message several times to be sure
its understood. They might be shocked, and
may misinterpret some information. Outline
steps to be taken.
Things you never want to say when
delivering bad news:
Don’t give false hopes
Don’t minimize or underestimate the
situation
Don’t blame anyone for what happened
Don’t lose your calm
Don’t use phrases or shocking words
Do not describe scenes of cruelty or that
involve blood
Delivering bad news to children :
Children are not foolish, they can understand
many situations, according to age. Don’t try
to fool them
The best thing you can do is look to a close
family friend or relative, if not available try a
professional
If you don’t know how to explain something
admit it, tell them you can’t explain it, but
you can help find the answers.
Don’t lie, look to symbolic or metaphoric
examples. If it’s about someone’s decease
don’t tell them the person will be back or is
an angel.
Don’t leave children alone during a crisis,
make them a priority.

7 Dressing Tricks To Look Slimmer
Going through tough times and want to look
slimmer? Your body is a sculpture, you can
shape and reshape it visually according to
your objectives. The question is what to
wear, and how to wear it to look slimmer.
Here are some dressing tricks to solve your
problems with the right ways to dress:
• Boot Cut Jeans
The author of “Fashion for Dummies,” Jill
Martin, says your jeans should embrace you
in all the right places. Wear darker jeans,
dark boot legs are flattering and the little
flare at your ankle will give you a long lean
look. To cover your waist wear a long top
and a cropped well-fitted jacket to nip in
your waist.
• The Wrap Trick
Try tying a sweater or shirt around your
waist. This will help direct the eyes to the
narrowness of your hips, or nip in a billowy
top or dress, it adds to your stylish look.
• Body-Lengthening Apparel
Celebrity stylist Robert Verdi says everything
you wear should be body skimming, often
people believe wearing loose clothes helps
them look slimmer, that’s not true. Choose
body-lengthening vertical pieces like scarves,
cardigans, and necklaces, they will make you
look slimmer.
• Streamline with Color
Make sure the shape of your dress is an
hourglass. The dominant motif of any print
should be smaller than the size of your fist.
Try contrasting colors as they help conceal
your midsection. Your hems should hit below
your knee to make your lower half look
leaner. Square necklines and skin-toned
shoes will visually add another few inches to
your height.
• Choose a Structured Dress
Dresses made of structured fabric are good
at concealing imperfections, you won’t have
to hide your tummy. A bright sheath on top
and a dark bottom slims your hips and
stomach and enhance a smaller chest.Your
dress should come close to your body then
gently drape out which adds volume to the
bottom half. You can also try wearing a
pencil skirt to minimize your stomach and
place more focus on your legs.
• Add Similar Patterns
Avoid baggy sweaters that make you look
boxy, choose a vibrant sweater and skirt that
can narrow your curvy shape. A bold design
on a sweater paired with the smaller version
on a skirt is slimming. Keep in mind when
you choose to combine patterns that one
should be bigger than the other so that they
don’t compete.
• White Tunics
A voluminous white tunic can do wonders for
your looks, it makes you look thinner and
smart. Add a skinny belt to your waist to
further enhance the effect. Also the bigger
your heel, the skinnier you will look, so start
wearing platform heels. Don’t forget the
power of slimming undergarments!
Tips to look slimmer:
1. If your upper half is heavier than your
lower, choose styles that minimize your
upper half while enhancing your lower.
2. If your lower body is heavier than your
upper choose clothes that attract the eyes
upward. Wear interesting necklines and
bright colors near your face, and dark colors
on the bottom.
3. Try to tuck in a little of your top into your
bottoms, it will make you look slimmer with
a flatter stomach.

carnage had fled to the neighboring country of

Should You Really Tell Him Everything?
Should You Really Tell Him Everything?

One of the best things about marriage is that
you can say anything and everything that
you want to say to your husband. However,
is it really a wise idea to say everything to
your husband? Fact is that sometimes ugly
truth comes out in a hurtful way if you don’t
watch your mouth. Even though what you
say may be logical it has to be said in a
manner which is not harsh and does not hurt
your husband’s feelings. Everyone has some
problem or other but couples should learn
the skill of speaking kindly.
Following are some samples of things you
might say that can be worked on:
• You’re just like your father:
Saying this to your husband should be
avoided as this may be his fear, that the
worst traits of his family are exhibited by
him. Instead of comparing him with his
father, you can go directly to your point. If
your father-in-law does not value time and
is often late and you think your husband
also does this, explain the importance of
time management to him affectionately
instead of criticizing.
• When are you going to find a new job:
First, why do you want him to find a new
job? Is it the amount of time that he spends
away from home that bothers you or do you
think that he can do better in his career? Be
clear about your thinking before you say
anything that might hurt him. A man
evaluates himself by the way he takes care of
his family and insulting him in such a
sensitive area is not a good idea. The
solution is to talk about your issues with
him then find solutions together that both of
you can work toward.
• My mother warned me you would do this:
This is the last thing he would like to hear
from you. You would probably say this when
you are infuriated but by saying this you are
letting him know that there are others on
your side. This can also feel like a breach of
the sanctity of marriage, to discuss perceived
failings to others. Come directly to the point
you are trying to make instead of informing
him what others think.
• Just leave it, I will do it myself :
This can hurt your husband in two ways:
First it raises questions about your
husband’s elemental need to be a provider,
supporter, and capable person in the house,
while conveying to your husband that his
efforts are sub-par.
• “You always …….” Or “You Never…..”
Its advisable for couples to drop these
phrases from their vocabulary, using them
sets a negative tone, stops communication,
and forces the other person to be defensive.
• Oh! We have to hang out with him again :
If he has any friend whose company is not
comfortable for you, don’t force him to leave
his friend, instead let him spend time with
his friend and you can do something you
want to do, or compromise.
• Please watch the kids. Don’t be careless,
don’t do this ….
A new mom is often nervous and tends to be
over-cautious in terms of her child. Just be
a little careful while trying to instruct your
husband as he should not feel that you know
everything and he knows nothing, it’s his
child too.
5 Men you Need to Meet, Not Marry
5 Men you Need to Meet, Not Marry
By PositiveMed-Team
Edited By: Stephanie Dawson
• A man who never wanted to commit – until
he met you
If a man proclaims that he will never settle
down with anyone and then he changes when
he meets you, that’s the first signal that this
is not the kind of man whom you should
marry. You may feel wonderful that he
changed his mind after meeting you and he
is now ready to settle down, but the moment
things become less exciting, less amazing
between you he is likely to have second
thoughts on commitment. You should meet
this man as it helps you differentiate
between this guy and the guy that you
actually need to marry.
• The guy who knows everyone
Even though you will get some benefits when
you are seeing such a guy, like a table at the
hot new restaurant, or send your resume to a
company where he has contacts, beware of
marrying such men as they will be busy
sending emails or responding to texts most
of the time and not able to give much time
to you. Look at him as a friend because of
his desire to help and sociability but that
should be all.
• A guy who is sensitive, funny, and
charming but says nothing when you ask him
if something is wrong
You should date this kind of man because he
has so many wonderful qualities but also
because you will learn about the importance
of open communication. Marriages are long-
term relationships, if you are not able to
communicate openly, this long-term
relationship might not last for long.
• All your friends are in awe as he is so good
looking, wealthy, or successful
Keep an eye on how your friends and
acquaintances react when you walk into a
room with him. Do their eyes widen ever so
slightly on seeing you enter the room? A
marriage is much more than this. How your
friends react seeing you together is
secondary, what is most important is that
you live each and every amazing moment
that you spend together. Ensure the guy you
choose to marry is the one with whom you
can spend time alone.
• The earnest, bright-eyed younger man who
adores you
You may feel optimistic about humanity and
yourself when meeting this types of guy.
Don’t expect your romance to continue for
long. Not because he is younger, because
one-sided adoration inevitably curdles into
resentment that the feelings are not mutual.
Its wise to meet this types of man, not marry
them, the best option for both of you.

Homemade Natural Wrinkle Removers
Even though they say wrinkles make you
wiser, there are many ways to look wiser
without the wrinkles that are natural, there is
no need to buy expensive anti-aging cream
or treatments. You won’t need to expend
more than a couple of bucks… Most people
think that once you have wrinkles you’re
stuck with them, but there’s actually quite a
bit you can do about them. Of course,
nutrition and being clean internally are key
parts of the equation and it’s not uncommon
to find that with tons of juicing, eating lots
of uncooked foods from nature and doing
plenty of coffee enemas that wrinkles just go
away. Actually, it’s a combination that tends
to keep us young and disease-free on many
levels. However, there’s quite a bit that you
can do about wrinkles topically too.
here is where the real wisdom is.
Bananas and their peel have been used for
centuries to help with many skin conditions,
including acne, wrinkles, warts, psoriasis and
poison ivy.
1. Mash a banana until it has a creamy
texture and apply it to your entire face for 30
minutes, bananas have so much more going
for them than just a delicious and nutritious
treat.
2. Coconut oil is the best option when it
comes to natural wrinkle removal, since it
rebuilds our skin tissue and will also leave
your face skin moisturized and feeling
smooth and beautiful.
Coconut oil
You can Use coconut oil both internally and
Topically, Coconut oil is known to rebuild
our skin tissue. One of the Causes of
wrinkles is dehydration in connective tissues,
coconut oil can prevent dehydration and help
to rebuild our connective tissues.
3. Beet Juice and Carrot Juice :
Using a little carrot and beet juice on the
skin regularly helps remove wrinkles too and
is in fact quite powerful. The vitamin A in
carrot juice is wonderful for the skin. Beets
are also known to repair our DNA, so using
beet juice topically on wrinkle sites is a
powerful way to rebuild the damaged skin
which often causes wrinkles – possibly by
repairing the DNA of the damaged tissue.
Using carrot and beet juice topically with
coconut oil also increases the benefits of
both. Coconut oil has absorptive properties
that help pull the juices into the skin in
addition to its hydration benefits. You’ll only
need a tablespoon or two of these juices
each time and you can drink what you don’t
use. You’ll want to leave these juices on
your skin for about ten minutes before
rinsing them off. You can apply and reapply
the juices as they dry, rubbing them in each
time.
4. Pineapple juice can easily rival any
treatment, in fact it is much better, because
they are packed with the enzyme bromelain
which naturally eats away our top layer of
skin when applied topically and leaves the
new fresh skin underneath.
7 Signs of Heart Attack In Women
Symptoms of myocardial infarction , or heart
attack , are different in men and women.
Experts say signs of heart attack exhibited in
men are not displayed by women. Extreme
chest pressure is one symptom. It’s
important to understand the signs of heart
attack in women as it can happen at any
time.
Here are 7 signs of heart attack in women:
1. Unexplained Fatigue
More than 70% of women suffer from extreme
fatigue before a heart attack. They suddenly
feel exhausted even after small tasks like
getting up from a chair and going to the
kitchen. Flu-like exhaustion is also
experienced by women.
2. Struggling while sleeping
If you are unable to fall asleep it may
indicate a heart attack. It’s difficult to detect
this sign as it may be due to many other
reasons, if you notice any unexplained
reasons or prolonged disturbance in your
sleep this may be warning you of a heart
attack. One study found almost half of
women who had a heart attack experienced
sleep disturbances beforehand .
3. Pain
If you are experiencing mild pain in your
jaw , back , shoulder , neck , or ear , these
might be signs of heart attack. Women
usually don’t feel the numbness in chest and
shoulder like men, but may feel tightness
running along their jaw and going down the
neck. These mild pains can expand down to
shoulders towards left side. Pressure in
breastbone and upper back are also signs of
heart attack in women.
4. Short of Breath
Difficulties taking long and deep breaths is a
bad sign. More than half of women suffer
shortness of breath before the heart attack.
They find it difficult to talk from inability to
catch oxygen. This is one of the most
common early heart attack signs in women.
5. Indigestion or Nausea
Dizziness or nausea is a sign prior to heart
attack women often display. They may have
indigestion or vomit shortly before their heart
attack. The chances of experiencing
gastrointestinal problems double in women
before a heart attack.
6. Anxiety and Stress
Women often feel anxious, stressed, and
keyed up before a heart attack. Anxiety is a
common sign of heart attack in women, more
than 30% of women get this symptom . This
has been described as a feeling of impending
doom by several women.
7. Sudden Sweat
Sudden pallor for no apparent reason is not
a good sign and may be an indicator of
heart attack. More than 40% of women feel
dizzy and break into a cold sweat before a
stroke. You should call 911 when you
experience abrupt lightheadedness or
dizziness, these signs should not be taken
lightly.
Immediately notify your doctor if you observe
any of the above-mentioned signs in you or
anyone else.

How Often Should You Wash Your Hair?
You may be washing your hair more often
than you need to! Even though it depends a
lot on your hair type, washing your hair on a
daily basis is a big mistake. Washing your
hair may seem like a simple task, but there
are many of us doing it wrong, and this
could lead to elimination of natural oils from
scalp, causing scalp irritation , dandruff and
other scalp issues.
Let’s begin with what makes your hair oily.
The sebaceous glands are microscopic
glands in the skin and scalp that secrete an
oily/waxy matter, called sebum, to lubricate
our skin and hair. When these glands work
correctly, they prevent our skin from dryness.
On the other hand, if these glands can’t
secret sebum properly, it may cause acne
and other skin conditions.
A basic rule of thumb for those with thick
hair or tight curls and kinks is to shampoo
twice a week with moisturizing shampoo and
conditioner. Sometimes you might want to
even shampoo less because your hair
doesn’t feel dirty easily, so you don’t need to
cleanse it until it feels dirty.
For Medium curls, kinks and waves hair
type , you can afford to shampoo every few
days.
If you have a fine hair texture, fine curls and
waves , your curly locks will look their best if
you shampoo every two days. It’s not your
style to have oily texture, so it’s best to keep
it clean, and make sure to moisturize with a
good conditioner.
Anyone with normal hair is recommended to
wash between three to four times per week,
but you might find your need to wash hair
more often in the summer when you’re more
active. Meanwhile as for those of us with oily
hair you can wash your hair almost daily,
but remember to give you hair a break at
least once or twice per week.
According to most professional stylists,
washing your hair less is something you
need to work up to. Start by leaving off one
wash at a time, just a refreshing cold shower
those days, or sponge bathe.
A dangerous dance: China, Vietnam posture in the South China Sea
Vietnamese Coast Guard 8003, South China
Sea (CNN) -- It takes a long time to get to the
middle of nowhere. For a contingent of almost
40 reporters, hours of waiting both on land
and then at sea preceded a trip to one of the
world's most hotly contested areas of
maritime real estate.
The Vietnamese government had been at pains
to keep this media trip under wraps, keeping
print, online and broadcast journalists from
Asia and the United States guessing as to the
day and time of departure.
That secrecy may have been for naught: at a
pre-departure briefing we are told that while
the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs has
not formally informed its Chinese counterpart
of the presence of journalists in the area, a
Coast Guard official mentions that "chances
are" China knows about it.
But depart we do, boarding a small
coastguard support vessel Monday evening as
the sun dies over Da Nang, bound for the
disputed waters surrounding the South China
Sea's Paracel Islands, known to China as the
Xisha Islands.
China's controversial installation of an oil-rig
in these waters at the beginning of May
sparked protests -- some of which turned
violent -- in Vietnam and statements from a
variety of world leaders, urging the two sides
to resolve this dispute quickly and without
bloodshed.
READ: Chinese ships reach Vietnam to
evacuate citizens
One side, at least, appears to be in agreement.
"The Vietnamese Coast Guard are committed
to resolving the situation peacefully," says
Hoang Tuan Anh, the captain of the supply
ship upon which we hitch a ride.
Strictly utilitarian, our sturdy ride
boasts one 125mm cannon on its
prow and two 14.5mm guns aft. It
is the kind of supply ship that every
coast guard needs, and also houses
a huge number of plastic 10-gallon
jugs of drinking water, a galley
piled with vegetables, and a bevy of
live chickens under one of the
exterior staircases — supplies badly
needed by their crew mates and
friends on the front line.
As the sun rises again the next
morning, we're still chugging
steadily toward our destination,
claimed by both China and Vietnam.
Clear message
A mid-sea ship change to CG 8003 -- and
slightly less cramped conditions -- awaits us
as noon approaches. By then we have reached
the area where China had, earlier in the
month, unilaterally planted a flag on this area
of supposedly oil rich sea. The flag, in this
case, was an imposing oil-rig that sent a
clear message: the Xisha Islands are ours to
do with what we will.
READ: How an oil rig sparked anti-China riots
in Vietnam
No buoys mark the territory, and there is no
landfall in sight: just a shimmering expanse of
deep water, albeit one with the promise of
fossil fuel riches beneath.
As we arrive news comes that the rig -- run
by state-owned oil company the China
National Offshore Oil Corporation's (CNOOC)
-- has been moved: no small task for
something as big and unwieldy -- yet
politically volatile.
The operation to move the structure began on
Monday morning and was completed by 10.30
p.m. local time, just hours after our voyage
began but, equally, hours before we arrived in
the zone.
Approaching the area, dots on the
horizon become ships, which then
become a flotilla -- or perhaps
more accurately two separate
flotilla -- of both Chinese and
Vietnamese commercial and coast
guard vessels.
This mishmash of fishing and
military vessels is all that remains
of the flashpoint of a couple of
weeks ago, and in a seemingly
stage-crafted set of maneuvers
dance around this expanse of utterly blue,
clear sea.
Aggressive foghorns
It's a lively affair, alternating between angry,
static rhetoric that informs the Chinese that
they are in violation of international law, and
aggressive foghorns and sirens, raising a
cacophony on this otherwise peaceful, sunny
afternoon.
"I've traveled out to these waters many times
but recently the Chinese have been more
aggressive towards the Vietnamese," says
Hoang, captain of the support vessel. "I'm
proud to protect Vietnam."
The dance is supervised by the respective
country's coast guard vessels, who hopefully
have too much sense to engage directly with
each other. But hanging over the day's events
is the knowledge that just hours before, a
Chinese fishing vessel had rammed and sunk
one of its Vietnamese counterparts.
READ: Vietnamese boat sinks after collision
with Chinese vessel
No lives were lost in this incident but it is the
first time that a boat has been sunk in this
chapter of the often-acrimonious relationship
between these two ideologically similar
neighbors.
As the afternoon begins to wrap up, one of the
larger Chinese coast-guard vessel homes in
on our ship, horn blasting incoherently as it
attempts a little maritime brinksmanship.
Nobody on board CG 8003 seems to be overly
worried, although life jackets are donned as a
fillip. Like a dog reaching the end of its chain,
the Chinese vessel barks at us a few
remaining times, before turning heel.
Off the starboard bow, two other Chinese
vessels harry a smaller Vietnamese fishing
boat, pushing it further from the center of this
disagreement which, if left untended, could
have dramatic consequences for these two
countries, key players in a region that is --
perhaps belatedly --starting to buck under the
weight of Chinese hegemony.
10 Signs a Woman May Be Interested in You
10 Signs a Woman May Be Interested in You
By PositiveMed-Team
Edited By: Stephanie Dawson
There are some signs and behaviors that for
men aren’t obvious concerning female
interest in us. We all like to think that
women are interested in us. How can we be
sure? Often a man is doubtful or uncertain
about approaching a girl, or maybe doesn’t
know what a girl is feeling, so he might act
with more caution.
• Spontaneity . Our brain is designed to
recognize a fake smile and a spontaneous
one. If she is constantly smiling, or laughing
openly, those are signs she is enjoying the
moment or that she is happy at least for that
moment. Spontaneous laughter and
sometimes nervous laughter can be
interpreted as signs of interest. We are more
likely to like someone that is smiling than
someone angry or serious.
• Physical contact . If a woman touches your
arm, touches your clothes, or rests an arm
on you it’s a sign of approach Physical
proximity and body language that shows
openness is a sign that she is approachable.
Don’t waste it!
• They agree with us on everything . When a
woman likes someone she will find ways of
agreeing and complimenting you, this may
seem occasional or explicit, depending on
level of confidence.
• They are watching you, or trying to catch
your eye . If you catch women watching you,
giving you the look, or notice she is looking
it might be a sign that she found you
interesting, or at least appealing. That
doesn’t mean that you have it all, just a
green light to be more confident.
• She is playing with her hair . Women often
comb, touch, or caress their hair. Its
something they do automatically, 20% its a
biological function to attract others.
• They pose with poise! If a woman is sitting
beside you she might cross her legs several
times or adopt a seductive pose. They might
try to sit straight or use better posture,
showing their natural attributes.
• They face us . When a woman feels
attracted to someone she will bend slightly
toward the person, approaching their face.
Women like to speak directly, and the axis of
the head-face-eyes is a fundamental sign
that a woman is attracted to us.
• Slightly distanced feet . Research shows
that when a woman stands her equilibrium
tells us what emotion she is feeling. If both
legs are tight, stiff, or unexpressive their
passion isn’t evident. If legs are slightly
open, or if she is playing with her feet or
ankles that could be a good sign.
• She will remember details . If a woman is
interested in you, even though she might
seem distracted, she will remember personal
details about you, or about your stories.
• They are not afraid of proximity . If you
approach her with a kiss, a caress, light
touch, or you touch her hands and she
seems comfortable and at the same time
nervous, that’s a definite good sign, at least
for that day, you might be lucky!
We Can't Confirm Nigeria’s Claims To Know The Location Of Abducted Girls, Says U.S.
Following claims
by Nigeria's
defense chief that
the country's
military had found
the location of
more than 200 missing schoolgirls, the United
States has said that it has been unable to
verify that claim.
Speaking a day after Nigerian Air Marshal
Alex Badeh claimed to know the location of
the girls, the U.S. department spokeswoman,
Jen Psaki, they do not have independent
information to confirm Nigeria's claims, while
also questioning the wisdom of making public
such information.
"We don't have independent information from
the United States to support these reports
that you referenced.
"We, as a matter of policy and for the girls'
safety and well being, would not discuss
publicly this sort of information regardless,"
Psaki said.
The United states and other nations have
been helping Nigeria in the search for over
200 girls who were abducted on April 14 from
their school in Chibok, Borno state by the
deadly Boko Haram insurgents.
On Monday, May 28, the the Chief of Defence
Staff, Air Marshal Alex Badeh, revealed that
the Nigerian security leadership had located
where members of Boko Haram were holding
the abducted girls .
His shocking revelation came after the Nigeria
government refused negotiating with the Boko
Haram sect on the release of the schoolgirls.
Lagos raids 2,217 non-indigene beggars
In spite of the efforts of the Lagos State
Government to end street begging in Lagos,
more beggars troop into the state daily.
Beggars protesting
Last year, the state government faced fierce
public outrage over what was termed
‘deportation ‘ of some Igbo indigenes to
Onitsha, Anambra State.
Last Thursday, the state government
continued its effort to rid the state of beggars.
It picked up 2, 217 non-indigene beggars and
destitutes from the streets and of this number,
458 were released to their relations, who are
resident in Lagos.
The Special Adviser to Governor Babatunde
Fashola on Youth & Social Development, Dr.
Enitan Badru disclosed that the measure “is a
continuous exercise.”
He said the aim was to rid the Lagos streets
of beggars, destitutes and mentally challenged
persons.
According to him, “The state government has
handed over 458 persons to their relatives; 28
were handed over to the Child Protection Unit
for further social investigation; 27 rescued
from different locations in the state were
transferred to the correctional centre and 53
are currently undergoing rehabilitation and
training at the Rehabilitation and Vocational
Training Centre.”
Badru said about 2,217 beggars and
destitutes were rescued from the streets of
Lagos “to rid the metropolis of their menace.
In realization of state government’s policy on
ridding the streets of Lagos of beggars and
destitutes, who constitute social nuisance and
realization of Lagos as a mega city.
“The Ministry of Sports and Youth
Development embarked on aggressive rescue
of beggars, mentally challenged and destitutes
from the streets of Lagos and over –head
bridges,” the special adviser said.
He said 1,412 of the destitutes and beggars
were taken to the rehabilitation and training
centre Owutu, Ikorodu where the government
made provisions for facilities to help in turning
their lives around.
The special adviser said 87 able –bodied
persons suspected to be criminals were
handed over to the taskforce for prosecution.
Okocha joins Eagles!
The Nigerian national team the Super Eagles,
kicked off in earnest their preparations for the
2014 World Cup in Brazil with a first training
session at Fulham FC Mortspur Park training
centre.
The players who looked quite cool in their new
kit with a sponsored logo at the front of green
top and black shorts, were watched by former
Nigerian world cup skipper Austin JJ Okocha.
The former Bolton Wanderers of England
captain Okocha who was accompanied by his
elder brother and former Super Eagle
Emmanuel. said he was there in a private
capacity but the players looked boosted by
his presence. They shook hands and joked
with him before training started.
When asked by this reporter if he was having
itchy feet and want to be at the world cup JJ
replied “no way, how many world cups will one
person play in”?
Big Boss
Stephen
Keshi stood
apart
watching
and
bellowing
instructions
and
encouragements to the players as the players
were taken through their paces in drills led by
Daniel Amokachi.
The players look very fit but most clearly is
that they are very focused. Absolutely
determined to do themselves justice before the
final squad is announced.
Returnees Osaze Odemwegie and Joseph Yobo
looked properly at home, heavily involved in
the banter before the proper work started.
The Stoke City striker looked in good shape
when the team broke out to an 11-a-side set
up. One slalom run and strike reminded
anyone in doubt that his qualities are still
there. The talent of the man has never been an
issue.
After the exercise drills and work out the team
broke out into a full match scenario.
Oboabona and Omeruo resumed their
partnership in central defence for one side
while Egwuekwe partnered Yobo for the other
side.
Ramon Azeez of Almeria looked very sharp
and seemed very comfortable in his
surrounding among the African champions.
One turn in the centre-circle saw him lose
three defenders and release Obinna Nsofor
wide right. Brilliant.
At the end, Stephen Keshi felt “very satisfied
on the work out seeing it is our first training
session, the players have rested after a long
season and they will get sharper”
Earlier in the day the team had been invited
by the Nigerian High Commissioner to Britain
for lunch.
